
| Hartlip Village Hall Customer rings office to arrange for someone to attend site to look over the area for repair and resurfacing works, Paul attended site and met the clients. I first get an idea of what the client is looking to have done. Then we walk over the site and I give advice so that the customer is fully aware of what is involved, and the best ways to do certain areas of the site, once the client and myself have agreed on what is to be done then the quote is drawn up detailing what is to be done. Once the quote is accepted, another letter is sent giving start dates and finishes dates, also stating if the client/ customer wishes the work to be carried out at a time to suit there schedule. Then once a date is given the work is programmed into our schedule and preparations are made for work to begin. The work begins with Paul giving the Forman details of what needs to be done. Work commences after all safety is erected. Once job is complete client/ customer and myself walk over the job to check satisfaction. If all agreed, invoice is sent out. Majority of our jobs our done on recommendation. |
